The first time they sent me a less expensive model (no cup holder, etc) with a different pattern, but charged me for the more expensive one. I returned and ordered again, but the one. They sent me another chair with a totally different pattern. So 0 for 2. I opened the chair to see what it was like and it was not that comfortable. It also made noise every time you moved.Great chairs
